Check In Time - bedrooms will be available from 3.00pm until 7.00pm.
Check Out Time is 10.30am Monday - Sunday.
If check in is later than 7.00pm please call prior to making your booking as you may not be able to access the building.
Please note this is a 4 storey townhouse hotel and naturally there are steps, in addition we do not have a lift. Please call before booking a room if you find stairs difficult as we can give you more information about the rooms and their location.
We can only accommodate children 14 years and above - we are not able to have addtional beds in any of the rooms.
We no longer accept group bookings without prior discussion, if this is attempted online without agreement your booking will be invalid and cancelled.
We do not allow dogs in the hotel or for them to stay in your car overnight in the car park.
Our car park is now complete which is situated to the rear of the hotel on Chapel Street. We have gone from having no parking to 5 permanent parking bays, during busy times and if all the parking bays are full then you will still be able to pull into the car park to check in and then move your car onto Plymouth Road or Chapel Street. In addition due to the nature of the building there are stairs down from the car park and then stairs back up to the main hotel floor, if you struggle with steps we recommened arriving at the front of the house. You will be able to park on Plymouth Road for free as there are no restrictions.
We will also have an electric car charger installed for guests to use - there is only one and charges apply.
